Pitsberg
Pitsberg is a medium-sized settlement of about 30 players. It is an Absolute Monarchy commanded by Player 22, aka "The Monkey King" (Healer). The flag stems from its original food source: Kelp its The dark part is dried kelp (their food), the darker green is kelp blocks (their shelter), and the lighter green is kelp or the poison that comes with it. |

History
The players who would eventually become the Pitish originally came from a completely frozen up biome, but after sky basing for 3 nights, Player 22 led a large group of migrants out of the tundra to seek warmer lands.
The Protopitish went through a short period of nomadic travel before settling south of spawn after finding a plains biome with a giant sinkhole in the ground next to a herd of sheep. Hence, the eventual name of the settlement.
Player 22 immediately set out on directing the early Pitish towards digging pits to secure farm animals, expanding the sky base, and securing large amounts of kelp to dry out on campfires as an early game food source. These early times were fraught with constant deaths, but due to the early game sheep herd, a few "Elite" Pitish were able to secure respawn points. Many of these daring strikes were personally led by Participant-22 due to claiming the first bed. They used their access to respawning to clear away mobs after the night to allow the other Pitish to develop the lands around the sky base.
By session 2, construction of the High Tower that would later be dubbed the "Citadelle" began, and slowly, the Pitish began improving the area. Walls were put up, and the farmers began constructing the Grand Terraces by the river.
Progress on the base Securitization Project began wherein Player 439 led the build team in an infrastucture megaproject to mine underneath the entire settlement and place a layer of stone slabs to prevent mobs from digging up from caves to the surface of the base. This resulted in a drastic decrease in the mortality rate of Pitsberg and was lauded as great achievement.
Economy
Pitsberg has a centralized command economy, with most major economic decisions on resource allocation being ultimately decided by the ruling monarch. Resources are produced directly in support of major operations such as construction and gear for miners. All resources are shared on an as-needed basis, as everyone contributes to the well-being of the settlement. The only market interactions occur through foreign trade and with the occasional passersby.
The farmers grow wheat on stone terraces along the riverside, which feeds sheep and cows. Above it is a Sugarcane Farm, attached to the citadel. Enough food is produced to sustain Pitsberg's burgeoning population without the need for rationing. Builders are constantly constructing additions and reinforcing the growing settlement, preventing the constant onslaught of mobs from assailing its inhabitants.
There is no reliable data on the specific class compositions of Pitsberg.

Government
Player 22 (A.K.A "The Monkey King") is the ruling Absolute Monarch of the nation. While most Major decisions are ultimately decided by him, the manner in which the decisions are executed is largely decentralized. For example, when the King says "Build a wall," the builders build a wall, but the specific style and location of the tower is largely up to the Pits delegated to do a specific category of task tied to one's class (Builders Build, Miners Mine, etc). Responsibility for specific major taskings is delegated to capable Pits based on their class and specific expertise.
Foreign affairs
Foreign affairs are handled by the Monarch. Positive foreign relations have been established with the settlements of Greenhil and SkyCity who frequent the settlement to trade basic resources and information. Even a traveling healer visited to heal the king and servants.
After the diplomatic talks between Pitsberg, Greenhil, and SkyCity in the Greenhil chancery, the three cities have entered a defensive pact. In addition to the previously mentioned defensive pact, plans were drafted to construct a skyway between the cities to facilitate trade and foster better interactions.
Military
Player 537 (Also known as "Kasse" [or "Cassidy" to some]) has retired from the head guardsman position and has been learning the trade of blacksmithing. In their stead, player 465 has taken up the role. They and player 246 are the only guardsmen in all of Pitsberg.
Culture
Pitish culture revolves around a strong work ethic for the good of the King and Pitish Community. Throughout the settlement and within work areas, signs with encouraging messages such as "YOUR WORK DRIVES CIVILIZATION" are commonly seen.

I've added some tweaks, but it is pretty good so far.
Compared to Chickenheim, this place looks more poorer imo.
