The Hanging Towers
The Hanging Towers was a settlement in the south of ice world. It was established by Participants 208 (Gaster), 399 (Comrade/Commie), 527 (Enderfriend/Frienderman), 532 (Suns) and 544 (The Girl). The mountain, that the Hanging Towers base was built on, is called Goat Horn Mountain and the group’s name is the Mountaineers. The existence and location of the Hanging Towers were kept hidden from most players for a long time. |

History
Try to keep this section as chronological as possible, dividing by session number or the different "ages" of a nation when it feels appropriate
Economy
The Hanging Towers had one of each class except librarian and guardsman. While their progress was slow at first, most members reached high levels in their class.
Despite being a secret community, they occasionally traded with the wandering trader Participant_731. Due to being a mountain settlement, they had plenty of iron which was often exchanged for exotic items, different sapling and crop types, and blessed food.
Government
Due to its small size, the hanging towers settlement relied mostly on just talking about the solutions to problems, and the occasional vote when disagreements arose. No other methods, such as laws or a police force was necessary.
Foreign affairs
With so much secrecy, the hanging towers rarely engaged with other ice hell empires, and its only connections to the rest of the world were through the occasional trade voyage.
Military
The hanging towers had no military, and relied entirely on its secrecy, as well is being incredibly far from nearby settlements, to survive.
Culture
