The War Readiness Scale

The War Readiness Scale

The War Readiness Scale is a scale that ranks a civilization readiness for combat akin to DEFCON Scale

the 5 tiers are consisted of
tier 5 (no guards)
tier 4 (guards leave to level up)
tier 3 (guards are leveled up and some stick around the base)
tier 2 (all guards are in the base)
tier 1 (all the guards are in base and engaging in combat)

Tier 5 – No Guards

The civilization does not have any guards, or does not need them.
This can be for several reasons, most commonly because it is protected by a larger civilization or simply lacks the manpower to maintain guards.

Tier 4 – Guards Leave to Level Up

The civilization has some guards, or they are currently away training.
This means the civilization requires guards for protection against mobs or is preparing due to potential threats from another civilization.

Tier 3 – Guards Are Leveled Up and Some Stay at the Base

The civilization keeps some guards stationed at or near the base.
This indicates that the civilization feels somewhat threatened and wants to have a quick reaction force ready in case of an invasion, but still feels relatively safe.

Tier 2 – All Guards Are at the Base

The civilization is in serious danger. All guards have been called back, and most other classes retreat inside the base.
This is the final stage before war is officially declared — everyone is on edge, the civilization is closed off, and no outside intervention is permitted.

Tier 1 – All Guards Are at the Base and Engaging in Combat

The civilization is in full-scale war. TNT is being used, guardsmen are fighting, and most other classes are hiding or fleeing.
At this stage, war is actively being waged — there is no turning back, and everyone from both civilizations is under threat.
TNT cannons or other explosive devices are used, depending on the civilization type, as defined in
