Fungaia

On the Savannah Server (World 3). Inhabits a small Mushroom Island( the land of mycelia) which was formerly home to the nation, Firefly Island. They are neighbored by the nation, EXODUS.

History

Session 1A

• Group would be led south from spawn by player 633 and 833 (633 [Senku] was also made Leader by the people of the group ) with other notable players such as and 454 (Whale) also following
• Group would set up along a lake and attempt to farm, fish, and survive early gamegame.
• The Player 235 known as "The Prophet" or "The Messiah" would come and tell the players of a mushroom island somewhere in the server, afterwards, the group would elect to name their nation Fungaia, and would found a small cult based on finding the promised land, "Mycelia"Mycelia."
• A player 613 would take all the food in the FungaiansFungaians' food chest, and say they were "keeping it safe." afterAfter 30 mins,minutes, 613 would murder Player-857 as he set out on a hunting trip, and run away with the food. fromFrom this point onon, 613 would be referred to as "The Terrorist"Terrorist."
• Senku would go on an expedition to see other civilizations in hopes of finding a friend he met, which turned out to be the Leader of South Bridge Valley and began diplomatic relationsrelations, as well as bringing back lots of food and tools, Gavin would be interim-leader in his absence. Another goal would be to find Mycelia.tools.
• While Senku was on his expedition, "The Terrorist" would begin attempting to grief the base of the Fungaians,Fungaians. despiteDespite Gavin fighting him off Twice,twice, he would finally break throughthrough. andHe would destroy all of their wheat crop, as well as their sugarcane farms, causing a major setback towardsto the Fungaian economy.
• 454 would return, and bring good news,news. Mycelia had been found, and a great expedition to move away from the troubles caused by "The Terrorist" would need to begin.
• The night before the move 613 would try to build his way on top of the sky base but was shot down to the mod pit twice from 857, 613 would have been seen to give up for now...
• AThe day after the this was announced, the Fungaians would begin their move,migration; however, "The Terrorist" would attempt to follow them,them. Player-857 fought him off ,off, yet also got taken back to world spawn.
• After a long journey, Senku would come across Mycelia, however it was already inhabited by the Firefly Island Nation, as 633 pulled to shore he talked to the island natives when asked by them how many people were with him Senku stated 5 people which was soon to be a group of 20+.

Session 1B

• As diplomatic talks between the Fungaians and Firefly Island were held, the Fungaians began to develop infrastructure. Hephaestus's Forge was created for the Forgemaster, and a large underground complex was begun
• Eventually, Firefly Island would decide to migrate to EXODUS
• A mob spawner was found in the underground complex, and the complex was overrun with mobs. it would be boarded up with the sign "DO NOT OPEN, DEAD INSIDE" placed on top.
• A meeting hall was constructed, and a vote was held amongst all Fungaians about who should lead their nation. The candidates were Gavin, the leader during the terrorist's attacks, and one of the main guards. Senku, who was the original leader and lead diplomat. And Whale, who was a popular candidate.
• The vote, however, is never held as the three candidates agree to share their power. Creating the council/oligarchy.
• Constructions of the Underground Cafeteria, the Quartermaster, the farm, the barracks, and the armory have begun to create a working civilization system. designed by 484
• At the end of the session, it was decided that a group of soldiers/guards would be sent into the underground one of those guards being Senku along with a healer, to clear it out, as it was the major source of iron among the civilization.

Session 2B

• Refugees (including the former king) arrive from the destroyed civilization of South Bridge Valley and are quickly given a home. 
• Hysteria erupts as (Slasher Participant number), The  "Slasher", makes an appearance on the island. 833 quickly brings (slasher participant number) into negotiations and makes a deal to provide them with five blessed foods by the next session, so long as they promise to never return to the island.

• Builders are directed to erect city walls around Fungaia, leaving only one entrance point.

Economy

Fungaia is a production and mining powerhouse. The town’s location on a mushroom island makes both acquiring food and mining for resources extremely simple, as no mobs spawn there and mooshrooms provide an endless supply of stew.

The civilization is currently at an iron-level stage of development. While there are only two blacksmiths, the Fungaian people are divided into the following professions:

• Blacksmithing: 10%
• Healers: 5%
• Miners: 40%
• Builders: 15%
• Farmers: 10%
• Guardsmen: 20%

Fungaia produces a wide range of ores and equipment. As of this writing, Fungaia does not engage in trade, and there is no government control over its resources.

Government

Fungaia is ran by an oligarchy/council of 3, the original leader 633(Senku), the interim leader 833(Gavin), and the popular candidate 454(whale).

All decisions are coordinated among the council and then relayed to the citizens who specialize in the areas needed.

Foreign affairs

leader 633(Senku) has established diplomatic relations with south Bridge valley During session 1 which caused a terrorist attack Senku also formed a neutral ground with Exodus were some natives of firefly island would move to. During Session 2 before the council of 3 was formed Senku and whale went back to the main land to find those left behind during the move one of thoses being 857 who was the leader of the newly formed nation The Levant and formed an alliance with them and had whale lead some of the people back to the mushroom land.

Military

The military is a volunteer-based guard that defends both the perimeter and guard miners from mobs. If the need arises, everyone can join to protect their homeland.
