"Endurance"

Endurance is a poem written by player 802 in response to the session 7 terrorist attack on Dead Horse.

When they came, we were of terror, or of sorrow.

When they came, with lava and pain,

(But) still, we laughed it off.

We were annoyed, and felt loss, but not of soul or mind, but of work.

We endured.

With the spirit of our forefathers,

And the almighty great sky and their gifts of earth,

We thrived yet again.

Not a soul lost to death, to the horizon, or to pain.

Come hell,

Come high waters,

Come terror,

Yet again we have endured,

Yet again we will thrive."
