The Admin Civ

Down underneath World 3, there's a world of 20-25 "admin" players underneath the deepslate of World 3. There have been numerous encounters between both worlds but as of session 11, they have mainly kept to themselves. Theories of why this world exists ranging from a server-side glitch to an experimental world stitched with world 3. the admins are trying to keep this knowledge secret but we've managed to figure out the basics.
