About
Leader of Nautilus, and one of the founding members of SweetWater, with a policy focusing on neutrality.
When looking for an analogue, he described his ideal wanting to be the "Switzerland of the seas".
His biggest strength as a leader is the respect the Nautilus citizens have for him, and his ability to listen and incorporate the ideas of his citizenry.
Constantly putting his people before himself, 994 never lived long enough to specialize in a profession, he tried to be a Minor, Healer, Farmer, but usually had a level or two in guardsmen from defending his nation.
