Second in command of Jun(994) in the nation Nautilus, Jay was an avid traveler and a key figuring in establishing worldwide diplomacy.

Utilizing the personal connections he's made worldwide, he helped make the World 3 Council "United Nations" a reality and was the one who introduced the idea for the finale Olympics.

About

An advocate for peace, he's a influential figure in establishing the unity and peace that World 3 sustained for it's entire trial.
Going around nations and settlement, he was one of the creators of worldwide events such as the World 3's council (UN) and the Olympics

History


Early on, Jay was a citizen in Sweetwater, a civilization formed from players trying to survive early on in the spawn region.
After Sweetwater found it's stability, Jay gained the ability to safely travel to other nations. While he did it originally just to travel to other nations, he was also establishing alliances with other nations such as RedWater and The Levant with the goal of providing Sweetwater with strong allies.

At one point, Sweetwater would abandon it's spawn base and relocate all it's civilians to creating a base on top of water, renaming their civilization to "Nautilus". By this point, Jay focused on the long-term goals for the server. He began spreading ideas of a "worldwide alliance" and "a peaceful ending event".

With the help of Doctor_226 and Participant_150, the first United Nations meeting would be held in RedWater, it was there that Jay revealed to the whole server about the idea of the Olympics. During the second United Nations meeting, Jay would represent Nautilus in place of their leader and voted on the verdict for Participant_751.
