History
Participant-96 first entered the event in Session 2, making his way to SkyCity playing North Korean pop songs and claiming to be "god's chosen dictator." He was swiftly taken out by SkyCity's guardsmen and put on their KOS list as they had already recently elected a leader, and did not want any political turmoil brewing in the early days of their civilization. After some time wandering the wilderness, 96 dawned a new skin to disguise themselves and re-entered SkyCity, wiping their name off of the bounty board as to raise as little suspicion as possible, plotting to overthrow the SkyCity government by disrupting their influence and causing political unrest.
Shortly after blending with SkyCity's society he attended his first town meeting, where SkyCity leaders 724 & 571 discussed the ongoing famine, sharing their plan to raid nearby settlements. Most SkyCity members expressed extreme displeasure with the idea, believing that their society would not be able to sustain a war party with their current supplies and lack of food. Shortly after the meeting, 96 discussed with 571 privately about an alternative solution to the famine: Spies infiltrating other nations to funnel their resources back to SkyCity in secret, while also establishing trade to bolster their resources even more. 571 liked this idea a lot, and had 96 speak to both 724, and the head guardsman 463 about this new plan.
Shortly after this plan was discussed, talks of a newly located settlement called "Grenhill," and that the government of SkyCity where already assembling a diplomatic party consisting of 571, 463, and 4 guardsmen to establish diplomatic relations. 96 requested permission to join this expedition, as he had a 'sharp tongue' and would be well suited for a diplomatic expedition. 571 and 463 allowed him to tag along, and when they arrived in Grenhill, he quickly established relationships with their at the time diplomat 461, who at the start of session 3 showed them to Pittsburg, establishing SkyCity and Pittsburg's relationship. After returning to SkyCity from his diplomatic expeditions, he encountered 952 who introduced himself as a representative of a nation called Cobblehenge, who's inhabitants where clad in full iron gear, while every other nation where all still on fragmented leather armor. When 96 returned to SkyCity, he used the rather aggressive disposition of 952 to portray Cobblehenge as bloodthirsty warmongers masking as a peace fairing nation. While informing the members of SkyCity about Cobblehenge and their "evil nature," he met with a representative of the nation Chickenheim named 392, who happened to be visiting SkyCity in hopes of building good relations with other nations. After hearing about Cobblehenge, 392 wanted to join 96 in going through the Greenbelt Nations (SkyCity, Grenhill, and Pittsburg) to alert them of the Cobblehenge threat as well as introduce Chickenheim to the other nations in the Greenbelt.
After they had gone through the greenbelt nations, 392 took 96 up north to show him the nation of Chickenheim. Upon arrival, 96 realized that Chickenheim and Cobblehenge where actually the same place, quickly alerting Chickenheim of this misconception, assuring them that he would clear up the misunderstanding, and telling them that 952 was actively ruining their reputation, recommending they take care of him immediately in attempt to sow internal conflict and unrest in the nation. Not long after 96's arrival in Chickenheim, 952 (who he found to be the head of Chickenheim's military), and 840 (Chickenheim's actual leader), arrived and informed 96 that they had marched on Skycity with a group of 20 participants fully suited in iron gear as a scare tactic to get the southern nations to leave them alone. 96 was then introduced to Blacksheep, as the session was on the verge of ending and there would be no point going back to SkyCity for long-drawn out diplomacy with so little time left.
At the start of the session 4, 96 returned to SkyCity, and alerted them that Cobblehenge and Chickenheim where the same place, framing the miscommunication as an act of deception, stating that Chickenheim deliberately deceived the Greenbelt in an attempt to gather more information about them, and that Chickenheim was far beyond reason at this point. After telling Pittsburg, Grenhill, and SkyCity this information, and subtly pushing for the Greenbelt to prepare for war, 96 went back to Chickenheim, claiming that the southern nations of the Greenbelt where far too deep in their paranoia at this point, and that there where talks of pre-emptive strikes. 96 subtly pushed for Chickenheim to strike first, but Chickenheim's diplomat 392 insisted on going south and talking to the nations themselves. Despite much resistance from 96, 392 went down south through the Greenbelt, gathering leaders and representatives of every nation to meet in Grenhill and discuss peace deals between all of the nations. This act of diplomacy succeeded in diffusing the tensions of what would later be called the "First Tundra Cold War."
Two sessions after the end of the First Tundra Cold War, members of the now ruined Far Oasis arrived in Grenhill speaking of cannibals in the far western forests that destroyed their civilization. 96 joined the initial expedition to the ruins of Far Oasis in an attempt to locate the cannibals, but with no success. Shortly after the initial news of cannibals, Grenhill came under attack by them, with word quickly reaching SkyCity who sent soldiers to assist, one of these people sent being 96. They successfully repelled the cannibal assault. Sightings of confirmed cannibal members along the tree lines of SkyCity, as well as Grenhill kept people on edge for the rest of the session.
With tensions throughout the world at an all time high due to the presence of the cannibals, Pittsburg suggested the formation of the Tri Empire, which he stated would be a tight alliance between all of the nations, blanketing them under one common cause of fighting the cannibals. Prior to any formal meeting, 96 had helped spread word of it, feeding into rumors that the Monkey King (Participant 22, leader of Pittsburg) had grown power hungry, and that it was an "Evil Empire," leaving a bad image on the newly founded Tri Empire. Not long after the TriState Empire was founded, representatives of nations across the Greenbelt, both large and small, where invited to Grenhill by the Monkey King to discuss the Tri Empire. This resulted in the now infamous "2 Hour Meeting" where the Monkey King defended the idea for the Tri Empire, which eventually softened their branding to the Greenbelt Republic at the suggestion of 96. Much was discussed at this meeting, and in the wake of it 96 sowed the belief that Grenhill was all for joining the Greenbelt Republic, and that SkyCity wanted 952 to be arrested from Chickenheim and tried publicly for crimes he committed on SkyCity soil. This resulted in a web of tension woven between all of the major nations excluding Blacksheep. Not long after this meeting, 96 joined a band of Chickenheim soldiers on their way to Blacksheep, confronting them about a fugitive they believed they where harboring. 96 used this opportunity to paint all of the southern nations in a rather unpleasant light in the eyes of Blacksheep, saying they are all paranoid and at each other's throats and that he feared for his personal safety, securing himself potential sanctuary at Blacksheep if things go wrong for him down south.
After this meeting with Blacksheep, Chickenheim attacked Pittsburg and Grenhill, falsely believing that Grenhill was in allegiance with Pittsburg's Greenbelt Republic. After this incident occurred, Chickenheim exiled the military personnel responsible for the attack on Grenhill, that being 952, 392, and several other Chickenheim guardsmen. 952 went on to steal Blacksheep's happy ghast Snowball, further cementing Blacksheep's fear of outsiders. 952 then used Snowball to air strike the citizens of SkyCity in an act of terror, further driving the nations of world 4 into chaos. In the wake of this chaos, 96 "severed ties" with SkyCity to form a third party organization called TriBloc, which advertised itself as an unbiased organization that would monitor nation's activity and hold nations and their leaders accountable for their actions, while facilitating streamlined communications between them all so that there would be no more spread of misinformation, with 96 acting as the organization's Overseer. (It is worth noting that while he publicly severed ties with SkyCity to form TriBloc, he still had and flaunted authority within SkyCity, wielding SkyCity's military as the muscle behind TriBloc)
Shortly after the formation of TriBloc, 96 went through all of the major nations, requesting their membership to the organization, with Grenhill, Pittsburg, and SkyCity all agreeing to join without any discussed conditions on their part. Chickenheim agreed to join, but only wished to spectate any goings on, and did not want to have any power held over their heads. By giving up this power, though, Chickenheim agreed that they would not have a voice or vote at meetings, they are merely a neutral spectator without power. Blacksheep where still in the process of voting on whether or not to join TriBloc by the time the event had ended, meaning TriBloc effectively had a membership of 4/5 major nations. The event had ended before TriBloc could hold it's first meeting.
