The Ophelion League is an international organization spanning the northern city-states of World 1. It serves primarily as a defensive alliance and catalyst for economic cooperation.

Goal

The goals of this organization are simple: Combine the abilities of the small, disunified city-states into one party which can speak with a strong voice in international affairs. Further, the organization aims to enhance the economic development and military force of its members.

Government

The organization is governed by a diplomatic corps holding correspondence between the city-states. Their authority extends only to represent the Ophelion League in foreign relations. Their primary task is communication and to facilitate cooperation between members and with outside parties.

Foreign affairs

The Ophelion League is on good terms with its neighbors, there were frequent meetings with the Eastern Wall before it dissolved. Relations with the Crusaders are openly hostile.
