Sunfish Syndicate

History
Session 1
A relatively sizable group of roughly 8 players traveled East from spawn. Once the group found land not filled with sand, they proceeded to chop down trees, start small patches of farms and begun the construction of a small platform, 1 block above the water, with a trapdoor staircase leading up to it. The rest of the night was spent fishing and expanding the platform. Once monsters had spawned the 1 block gap between water and "sky"base proved to be detrimental, as swimming mobs could break blocks from underneath the players. Once higher up platforms had been constructed the majority of players spent the night fishing, during which the first mention of this nation's name was made: Sunfish. The group was subsequently named "The Sunfish".
While fishing a Power 3, Unbreaking 3 and Infinity bow was reeled in by a fisherman. This bow proved useful in the defense of the surrounding farmland, usually killing mobs in one shot.
Due to the large amount of new players joining, the dangers of mobs causing many to perish and the overall unorganised nature of The Sunfish, progress was slow, resulting in them not having any player with substantial levels in any class. Food production was also a problem, as it largely depended on the fishermen and fishing rods.
Session 2
The players 628, 796 and 917 worked together to ease communication by introducing guilds and the representative system (628), making a job board with specific tasks for each of the classes and how many of each class are definitely necessary to progress (796), and making a board for players to enter their number into one of the classes (917). These basics were improved upon, resulting in the organised nature of the Sunfish Syndicate's current government.
Construction of the first mainland wall had begun, attempting to surround the farms, mine entrance, and some empty land to keep farmers and miners safe during the night. The two builders 720 and 796 built the wall 2 blocks high and from stone bricks.
The nation's name was changed to "The Sunfish Union".

Session 4
The overall projects of Session 3 were continued.
The player 687 (?) brought over a mooshroom cow, serving as a pivotal moment in the Sunfish Syndicate's history, as from now on food was no longer a concern.
To keep the farmers, miners, and general populace safe at night, the builders made a plan to improve the mainland walls, and make the currently mob-breakable floor safe, by laying stone bricks underneath. The plan was brought to the miners, to help with leveling the area inside of the old wall, thus bringing it to one unified y-level. The blacksmiths contributed by providing shovels to the miners, who then distributed them among the workforce, consisting of builders and miners. The farmers were included, and asked to clear the crop fields, and then have them rebuilt later, after the bricks had been laid. This plan was approved by the prime minister. As of the end of Session 4, 70% of the mainland has been made safe.
Foreign Affairs
Economy
Classes are organizedorganised into syndicatesGuilds each with its own leader. There are:
2 Healers (807, 143,)
5 Farmers (922, 332, 660, 923, 414, 494)
3 Builders (796, 740, 421)
3 Guards (752, 225, 982)
2 Blacksmiths (933, 664)
8 Miners
2 Librarian (522, 486)
Government
The government was originally started by player 646, who kept track what classes players were. The government was later improved by player 628, who declared that the different classes should form small groups led by a representative. This way communication was easier without everyone talking over each other. Each classguild has a representative that they can communicate their problems and suggestions to. It would then be the representatives duty to deal with their issues and organizeorganise their members into meaningful work. The Syndicalist Council elected a Prime Minister (522) to act as head of state to quicken progress.
Foreign affairs
Sunfish was marched on by Nowy Madagaskar with an army of about 15 after a trespassing member was threatened. The Dwarven Republic also came to act as peacekeepers.
After the Prime Minister was attacked by the Dwarves and a farmer was killed as well as several beds destroyed everyone left after the Madagaskans demanded leather. Also, the stable food supply the Sunfish Syndicate had, a Mooshroom Cow, was killed during this event.
The Sunfish no longer consider the Dwarves an ally and are confused about Nowy Madagaskar. Prime Minister 522 is noted of saying (in reference to Nowy Madagaskar) “They’re pretty chill.”
Military
Sunfish has three guards who all went missing in action. therefore it has no standing military.
